It is cheap and easy to send your baggage from most hotels and convenience stores to Haneda Airport using Yamato Delivery Service if weighing less than 25kg and measuring less than 160cm. Delivery typically takes 2 days.
To collect your luggage, take the elevator or lift to the 3rd floor departures level of Haneda Airport terminal 3. Turn right as you enter the terminal and walk all the way down the end to the Black Cat Delivery Service collection desk (open 8am to 9pm).
Yamato will not store your baggage overnight unless you send it using the Cool TA-Q-BIN service. This includes storage for up to 3 days. If you don't collect it on the day, it will be kept at the nearest Yamato Transport sales office for up to 7 days before being returned to the sender.
