Important Information
• Delivery Time: Please allow enough time for packaging and delivery (at least 3 days for domestic Japan delivery).
• Missed Trains: Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you miss your reserved train, you can use your ticket for any non-reserved seat on subsequent trains departing the same day.
• Luggage & Mt. Fuji Views: We will try our best to reserve seats with luggage space and seat your group on the Mount Fuji side of the train. However, this cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak holiday periods.
• Train Types: We will automatically reserve the fastest Nozomi train unless a transfer dictates otherwise.
• Child Fares: Children 5 years and under travel for free when sharing a seat with an adult. Children in elementary school (6-12 years old) travel at a reduced child fare.
