Just contact us with your planned itinerary, delivery address and preferred class of travel. We will send you an invoice to pay online. After payment, we will send the tickets to your home abroad or hotel in Japan.
We add only 17% to the station ticket price as a service and delivery charge. As of 08/2025, a one way ticket from Tokyo to Kyoto is US$104, including service and delivery charges.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you miss your reserved train, you can use any non-reserved seats on trains departing the same day.
We will try to reserve seats with space behind for suitcases as a group on the Mount Fuji side of the train. However, this cannot be guaranteed, especially in peak periods.
We will reserve the fastest Nozomi train unless a transfer is required.
Children 5 years and under travel for free when sharing a seat with an adult.
Children in elementary school (6-12 year olds) travel at a reduced fare.
